The Gutter RDP Athlete of the Week for March 18, 2024

Ben House helped the Red Deer Polytechnic Kings Indoor Track team earn bronze at the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Championships. In the men’s 600 m, House (1:25.74) picked up silver at the University of Alberta Pavilion. The Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences student (2:36.24) also earned silver in the 1,000 m and bronze in the 3,000 m (9:37.22). Red Deer’s House was also a member of the Kings 4 x 400 m relay team (3:41.82) that captured silver.

He was named to the ACAC Men’s Indoor Track All-Conference team.
