Zoey Longman, RDP Queens Indoor Track

The Gutter RDP Athlete of the Week for March 18, 2024

Zoey Longman had an outstanding weekend for the Red Deer Polytechnic Queens at the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Indoor Track Championships in Edmonton. The talented runner from Sylvan Lake made significant contributions to the Queens earning gold. Longman (8.34), who is a Legal Assistant student, earned silver in the women’s 60 m final. She was also a member of the Queens 4 x 400 m relay team (4:19.65) that won gold.

Longman was named the ACAC Women’s Indoor Track Rookie of the Year and a member of the ACAC Women’s Indoor Track All-Conference team.
