Athlete of the Week for Oct. 24, 2016

Rikki Smith helped lead the RDC Queens Hockey team to two victories over the Olds College Broncos last week. Thursday at the Queens Pink in the Rink event in Red Deer, Smith assisted on the game winning goal that gave her Queens a 2-1 win. In Olds on Saturday, she picked up a goal and an assist in the Queens 4-2 win and was very steady, playing a lot of minutes on the blue line. Smith was chosen the RDC Queens player-of-the-game in Olds.
