Medicine Hat, AB – The Red Deer Polytechnic Kings carried on from Friday's match against the Medicine Hat College Rattlers.
The Kings sealed another sweep of the Rattlers (25-19, 25-18 and 25-14).
Kings Player of the Game Patrik Toze led the offence with seven kills and was efficient with his hitting (0.583). He added four digs, one block and one of the Kings' two aces. Outside hitter Brett Lower and middle Cody Boulding contributed three kills, three digs, and two blocks apiece. Setter Maddux Greves totaled 17 assists, three digs and one block.
Eleven Kings hit the court over three sets.
Left side hitter Aidan Kelly picked up the recognition for the Rattlers. Kelly picked up three kills, two digs and one of the Rattlers' five aces. Jovan Stepanovic led Medicine Hat with 12 kills, along with four digs and two aces.
The undefeated Red Deer Polytechnic Kings (6-0) will challenge the SAIT Trojans (3-3) at the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre on Friday, December 3 at 6 pm.
