Bio

 Trevor Keeper brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his position as Head Coach of RDP Kings Hockey. He has a Master of Science degree in Sports Coaching from the University of Queensland and a Post-Masters Diploma in Sports Nutrition. He also holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Lethbridge. Along with his coaching duties, Keeper is an instructor in RDP's Kinesiology & Sport Studies department.

Keeper has been the Head Coach of Kings Hockey since 2013-14. He is certified in both NCCP Hockey High Performance 2 and NCCP Theory 3. Prior to coaching the Kings, Keeper’s extensive coaching resume includes two stints as the Head Coach for Team Alberta, Assistant Coach with Team Canada U-17 and U18 teams at four IIHF World Championships, four years as an Assistant with Red Deer Rebels, two seasons with the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns, three seasons in the Japanese Ice Hockey Federation, and several years as Head Coach at the U18 AAA level. Before beginning his coaching career, Keeper was a player at the SJHL, ACAC, USport, and Alberta Senior AAA levels.
