How to Tryout for an RDP Athletics Team

Individuals interested in trying out for an RDP Team must contact the Head Coach for the team by completing the appropriate form below. Our Athletic Therapist will review the information included in your form to assess readiness to physically participate in a future team tryout. Your information will also be reviewed by our Head Coach to ensure you have sufficient playing experience or ability level to participate in a team tryout.  The Head Coach has the final decision on allowing someone to participate in a team tryout.  This is a safety measure to prevent injuries to you and returning players.
