Bio

Greg Howe grew up in Kelowna, British Columbia.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Physical Education and minor in Psychology from Vancouver Island University (VIU) in 2014.   While completing his BA, Greg competed on the VIU Men’s Volleyball team and completed his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in 2014.  After graduating, Greg gained valuable work experience working with individuals and athletes as a strength and conditioning coach at Island Optimal Health and Performance.  During this time, he was working as the head strength and conditioning coach and as the assistant coach for the VIU Men’s Volleyball team.  In 2016, Greg pursued his Master of Kinesiology degree with a focus in exercise physiology from Wilfrid Laurier University.  During his Master’s degree Greg worked as a strength and conditioning intern working closely with the basketball, rugby, soccer, and baseball teams.
