All three RDC Curling teams capture wins on day two of Fall Regional

Lloydminster, AB - On the second day of the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Fall Regional, all three Red Deer College Curling teams picked up wins.

The Red Deer College Kings started the day strongly, defeating the NAIT Ooks 8-3. Later the MacEwan University Griffins downed the Kings 8-1.

The Queens dropped the Ooks 7-6 and then lost to the Concordia University Thunder 5-3. 

Jaycee Bourke, Queens lead

The RDC Mixed Curling team defeated the SAIT Trojans 9-3 and then were edged by the NAIT Ooks 8-7. Later the Rustlers took an 8-5 decision. 

After two days, both the Kings and Queens sport 2-2 records. The RDC Mixed Curling team is 1-3.

The third and final day of competition will continue on Sunday at Lloydminster Golf & Curling Centre.
